Recipe:

one 5 ounce chilean sea bass filet
1 champagne mango
1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce
1 endive
2 gloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of olive oil
white wine

Blood Orange Agua Fresca

Recipe:

2 blood orange
4 limes
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 a cup of san pellegrino

This is a drink I made up on a hot day in Albuquerque. It has the features of a whiskey sour and that’s what I based it on but I also wanted something refreshing.
